Revisi AI, operated by Revisi AI LLC (“Revisi AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your Personal Data when you use our website at https://revisi.app and the services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Data, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide Personal Data when requested, you may not be able to benefit from our Services if that information is necessary to provide you with such Services.
1. What we collect
We may access or collect the following information in order to provide you with a better user experience and better services and to improve our products.
Categories of information may be collected from the following categories of sources:
- Registration and account information: Name and email address. Authentication is passwordless (Google, Facebook, or email one-time code).
- User content and input data: Photos of your home or interior spaces (“Uploaded Images”) that you upload to generate AI renders. We prohibit uploading images containing identifiable individuals.
- AI generated renders: The visual outputs produced from your Uploaded Images.
- Communications and feedback: Messages, support requests, surveys, or ratings you choose to submit.
- Payment and purchase history: Processed by Stripe or other providers, depending on the purchase and the provider identified at checkout. We do not store full payment card details. We may store records of the Services purchased and subscription status to manage your account.
- Marketing data: If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. Even if you opt out, you will continue to receive transactional or account-related communications from us.
2. How We Use Personal Data
To provide you with a better user experience, we may use your information for the following purposes:
- To meet the purpose of your information provision.
- Carry out the activities described to you at the time your information was collected or as set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
- To provide you with the requested information, products or services.
- Execute internal and external marketing, including providing targeted advertisements and information.
- Fulfillment of obligations and enforcement of contractual rights.
- To improve the Services, for example through testing, research, analysis and development.
- Respond to requests from law enforcement agencies and government organizations as required by law, court orders, or government regulations.
- Evaluate or effect a merger, divestiture, reorganization, reorganization, dissolution, sale or other transfer of some or all of our assets, whether on an ongoing basis or as part of a discrete transaction in which the information collected is the transfer of assets.
- Use information for security purposes; we may use information for account and network security purposes, including protecting our services for the benefit of all users, and pre-screening or scanning uploaded content for potentially illegal content. We may use your information for identity verification, monitoring account and transaction risks, detection and security prevention, fraud monitoring, file backup, customer security services, etc.
- We store and maintain your information to fulfill our legal obligations; for example, in an emergency, we may record, review, analyze and dispose of your information in accordance with Web laws.
- Without prior notice to you, other categories of information will not be used for substantially different purposes.
Use information as web
Information voluntarily provided to us or lawfully obtained by us is our property and we may use it for any lawful purpose, including selling, renting or transferring the information to publishers, advertisers and data aggregators for marketing purposes.
Targeted advertising and information
We may use personal information to more effectively target advertisements and other information. While individuals are online, we may use technical information to associate individuals with their personal information and to attempt to display information and advertisements for products and services that you may respond to. We may use data collected from responses to one type of advertisement or information to target advertisements or other information across different venues.
Legal proceedings
We may disclose personal information in response to subpoenas, court orders and other legal process required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you use our Services, certain information may be stored locally on your mobile device using “cookies” or similar technologies (such as Google Analytics and web beacons). We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:
- We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security so that we can confirm that you are safe to log into the Services, or that you are not experiencing theft, fraud or illegal activity. These technologies also help us to make our services more efficient and improve login and responsiveness.
- Using such technologies can help you avoid repeated steps and processes of filling in personal information and frequent logins.
To improve the service
We use the information that is processed automatically to better understand user behavior and trends, detect potential outages and technical issues, to operate, protect, improve, and optimize the Service.
We do not use your Uploaded Images to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models operated by us or any third party. Your images are used solely to generate the renders you request.
3. How We Disclose Your Personal Data
We do not sell your Personal Data. We disclose it only in the following cases:
- AI processing provider: We use third-party AI infrastructure providers solely to generate your requested renders. These provider process your images only for that purpose and are prohibited from using your images to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
- Payment providers: Stripe or other providers, depending on the purchase and provider identified at checkout (see each provider’s privacy policy).
- Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and support tools - under strict contractual restrictions.
- Analytics providers: We may use Google Analytics and Amplitude to collect and process usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Advertising partners: We may use Google Ads to serve interest-based advertising. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services and other websites over time in order to show you relevant ads. This data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Use of your Personal Data following such an event will be governed by this Policy as in effect at the time the data was collected.
- With your consent: For any other purpose you explicitly approve.
References to third-party services above are not endorsements of, or representations that we are affiliated with, those parties. Please review their privacy policies independently.
4. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Your original uploaded images are never saved to our storage. An uploaded image exists only in memory for as long as it takes to process your request, and is passed to our AI processing provider for the sole purpose of producing the render you asked for. We keep the generated render, not the photo you started from.
AI generated renders are retained as follows:
- Free users: Up to 30 days from the date of generation, after which they are automatically deleted.
- Studio and pro users: Indefinitely for the purpose of account history and resumption, as long as your account remains active. You may delete individual renders at any time.
- Account information: Duration of account + up to 3 years after closure.
- Payment records: 7 years for tax and financial compliance.
- Usage data: Up to 12 months.
When you close your account, we will take steps to delete your Personal Data. Copies may exist in backup systems for a limited period before permanent deletion. We may also retain certain information for longer periods where required for legal purposes, including litigation holds, law enforcement requests, or regulatory audits.
You can delete individual images and renders at any time directly through the platform. You can also delete your entire account and associated data using the self-serve account deletion feature available in your account settings. For assistance with account deletion or any other privacy requests, email support@revisi.app with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

6. Biometric Data
We do not collect, store, or process any biometric identifiers or biometric information. Our Services are for home and interior visualization only.
7. Your Rights in Relation to Your Personal Data
Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@revisi.app with subject “Privacy Request”. Before fulfilling your request, we may ask you to provide reasonable information to verify your identity.
- Access and portability: You may ask us to provide a copy of the Personal Data we maintain about you, including a machine-readable copy of the Personal Data you have provided to us.
- Rectification and deletion: You may ask us to correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, or to have it anonymized or deleted. You can also update your account information directly through your profile settings.
- Restriction and objection: You may ask us to restrict the processing of your Personal Data, or object to such processing.
- Consent withdrawal: You may withdraw any consent you previously provided at any time and free of charge. We will apply your preferences going forward; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before your withdrawal.
- Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. You will continue to receive transactional or account-related communications.
- Complaint: You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including in your country of residence or place of work. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly first.
Please note that there are exceptions and limitations to each of these rights. While any changes will be reflected in active databases promptly, we may retain information for backups, archiving, fraud prevention, analytics, and satisfaction of legal obligations.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and non-discrimination. We do not sell Personal Data. Submit requests to support@revisi.app with subject “CCPA Privacy Request”.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption and passwordless authentication to protect your Personal Data. We have put in place procedures to address Personal Data breaches, including notification to you and applicable regulators as required by law. No electronic system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child without appropriate parental consent where required, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at support@revisi.app.
11. International Data Transfers
Our Services are hosted in the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate, protected by appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
12. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or operate. These links are not an endorsement of, or a representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. This Policy does not apply to your activities on those services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we materially change how we use or disclose your Personal Data, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
